Parents and Guardians,
The insurance company just approved the 2024 hail damage roof replacement for the high school and middle school. Work will begin Friday August 15th, 2025. This has been a long time coming and we want you to be aware of any traffic impact. You will see a number of dumpster deliveries, material deliveries, and personnel working on the buildings. The company is taking all necessary safety precautions and is planning on working around drop off and pick up times.
The majority of the dumpster and material deliveries will take place behind the buildings. Most of the work should not impact your drop off and pick up. There are however a couple of dumpsters in the front of the high school. All handicap and regular parking spaces in front of the high school will be for parents only. Please limit arriving too early. Parking and waiting in the afternoon may block the dumpsters. We are trying to limit any disruption to the flow of traffic. The middle school will be a two to three month process. The high school will be a three to four month process. Both timelines are dependent on weather.
We appreciate your patience during the roof replacement.
Thank you for all your support,
Mr. Rod Hite
Superintendent
