Switzerland County High School is proud to partner with Ivy Tech Community College – Madison to provide our students with valuable opportunities to earn college credit while still in high school!
Through our Dual Credit partnership, SCHS students can get a head start on their college education—saving both time and money while gaining valuable experience in college-level coursework.
The Impact of Our Partnership
During the 2025–2026 school year, our students achieved impressive results:
335 SCHS students participated in dual enrollment
2,840 college credits were registered
547 traditional college credits were registered
48 credentials were awarded
32 students earned credentials
90.5% course success rate
$482,999 in estimated tuition savings for our students and families
