Children  must be 5 years old by Aug 1, 2019.

March 12 Jeff Craig will have their kindergarten registration in JC gym 
from 9-4. 

March 14 SCES will have their kindergarten registration in SCES gym from 
9-4. 

Parents need to bring: 

Their child. 
Up to date immunization record 
County issued birth certificate 
We are also asking them to bring a copy of the social security card-not 
required but requested, as they will need this  at the high school level.

4 Polio 
3 Hep B 
2 MMR 
2 Varicella 
2 Hep A
