  1. Can my student still receive a meal if we did not sign up online?

  3. Is there a way to help with additional food for my family?
    1. We have a Pacer Pantry that is NOT income based. You need to call the middle school at 812-427-3809 and ask for Casie Jesop or call the central office at 812-427-2611 and ask for Fred Ross.
  4. I can’t help my child with their homework. Can someone help me?
    1. Yes, if you call your students’ school they will transfer you to a homework hotline where your students’ teacher will be standing by to answer any questions in regards to homework.
  5. How can I get hard copies of homework and when is it due?
    1. Email your teacher or call your building to have hard copies of homework sent home Thursday of E-Learning weeks. Currently papers will not be due until your child returns to school. 
  6. If my child has special needs how do I get assistance or services?
    1. Please call your child’s teacher of record or reach out to your building. We will still offer services to ensure your child’s needs are met.
  7. I am having trouble logging into my child’s chromebook or they cannot access something online for class. Who do I call?
    1. Call your building or 812-427-2518 and we will get either the teacher or the technology department to assist you.
  8. My child left their chromebook or charger at school. Can I pick it up?
    1. Not at this time. Call 812-427-2518 and we will call you back ASAP
  9.  When will school be in session again?
March 16th through March 20thE-Learning and all teachers are at school

  1.  My child plays sports, will they still play this season?
    1. When we return to school each high school player will currently need the IHSAA 10 practices and then we will begin to compete if other schools are in session. There has been no determination at this time by the IHSAA on a waiver of practices or a cancelation of the spring season.
  2.  Will we still have Prom?
    1. We are looking at alternative dates in the event prom needs to be postponed. It is NOT canceled at this time.
  3. What if I still need credit recovery to graduate or still have required  courses to pass to graduate?
    1. You will need to call Mrs. Edwards in Guidance or Mr. Todd, the principal to set up credit recovery online courses if needed. If it is a regularly scheduled class you can contact your teacher to ensure your grades are in good standing.
  4.  Will we still have graduation?
    1. If we are in session we will have graduation. Our hope is to have a full attendance crowd but if we are limited on the allowed amount of people we will begin with immediate family and live stream the event.
